Hello there! Guess I’m the second of the four females to check in. I’m Melissa. :)

My sport of passion is triathlon. Discovering it was like finding a piece of myself. For anyone who doesn’t know, triathlon events consist of swimming, followed by biking, and finishing with running. The distances range from short (sprint) distances to iron distances. For example, the event I participated in last weekend was 600M swim/20K (12ish miles) bike/5K run. In comparison, full iron distance events are 2.4 miles swim/112 miles bike/26.2 miles run. Yes, a marathon subsequent to 2.4 miles swimming and 112 miles biking. It may be crazy but it is also awesome. So far I have only done sprints but I aim high. I will be an Ironman one day.

I just turned 23 yesterday and am currently working as a paint process engineer for General Motors. If you see a Cruze out on the street, that came from my plant!

I didn’t even know about this documentary until this question so thanks! But sadly, no, I won’t be seeing it in theaters. It’s not playing near enough to me that I can make a showing. Plus, I am too poor to be able to afford the ticket let alone the gas to drive to see it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention though. I’ll be on the lookout for the dvd in the future!
